Mandem is a conceptual brand of Rum that would be produced in the Bahamas. The word Mandem translates into friend and originates from Bahamian patois. This rum was named Mandem to symbolize the free spirited socializing that often accompanies drinking. The logo uses a slight tribal vibe to represent the African culture that once existed in the Bahamas many centuries ago. The bottle is small, allowing the consumer to share an evening with a friend, without promoting excess. Mandem’s packaging uses a pirate theme in order to pay homage to the history of pirates in the Bahamas.
